Pet Policy

Cat and Dog Friendly, But Breed Restrictive. Max allowed is two pets. Their combined weight must equal less than 70 lbs. The required fee for the first pet shall be $250. For the second pet, the security deposit as required in the lease shall be increased by $250, which additional security deposit will not be refunded until the apartment is vacated and any pet related damages are assessed. There is a monthly rent amount of $25.00 per pet added to your rental amount.
